Access rights¶
The module comes with its own permission level called AtlasPlus Export. Use it to control who may read, enter and administer customs data.
Prerequisite
Access rights are assigned in the user settings. This requires administrator rights.
The three levels¶
| Level | Meaning |
|---|---|
| User | May view the customs data of a delivery. Suitable for staff who need to follow the state of a case but should not change it. |
| Manager | May enter and change customs data on the delivery and may check and export the declaration. The level for everyone who actually handles exports. |
| Administrator | Additionally has access to the Zoll - Hilfsdaten menu with the code lists and the default values. |
The levels build on each other: a Manager automatically has the rights of a User, and an Administrator has all rights.
Assign a permission level¶
- Open Settings → Users & Companies → Users.
- Open the user concerned.
- Switch to the Access Rights tab.
- Select the appropriate level in the AtlasPlus Export section.
- Click Save.
Note
In addition, every user needs the usual rights for the Inventory app in order to open deliveries at all. Only users with the Inventory role Administrator can see the IAA-Plus settings section.
Recommendation for practical use¶
- Shipping staff: Inventory role User plus AtlasPlus Manager.
- Customs or export responsibility: Inventory role Administrator plus AtlasPlus Administrator — these people maintain the reference data and the default values.
- Sales and accounting: AtlasPlus User, if a look at the customs status of the case is enough.
